3D Printers

We have three Stratasys 3D printers that use M30 plastic.  Their print envelopes range from 8"x8"x6" - 24"x24"x39".

Laser Cutters

In our new 11,200 square foot building in Wylie, we have  leading edge equipment that aids in the creation of our aerospace engineering models.

 5-axis DMS router 160 x 82 x 48,  primarily used for machining molds

3-axis Milltronics with  flood coolant  100" x 30" x 30"

Boss Laser that can also cut up to 3/4 inch acrylic, with a cutting area of  35" x 55"

Paint Booth

A combination down/cross-draft paint booth that is able to house a 14'x30' part

Material Handling

Forklifts with lift capacities ranging from 5,000 lbs - 15,000 lbs.

Two gantries capable of lifting up to 10,000 pounds each; 18' high x 10' wide

Other Equipment

Metal lathe, hand-held and cabinet-style sandblasting equipment, 4 surface plates for precision part lay out, manual bridgeport mill with DRO's, etc.
